LIGHTHOUSE Communications is an authorized sales dealer for participating internet providers. We are not an internet service provider. A provider you select determines service availability, pricing, installation, billing, terms, network performance, and ongoing support.

• service address, apartment or unit, city, state, and ZIP code;
• current internet provider, advertised speed, approximate monthly bill, and service concerns;

• messages, consent selections, call records, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect information automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, timestamps, and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters or advertising click IDs. We may receive updated availability, qualification, enrollment, and status information from participating providers or service partners where permitted.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your request and verify which participating-provider options may be available at your address;
• organize and explain relevant technology, pricing, equipment, installation, and provider terms;
• help begin enrollment with the provider and option you select;
• communicate about your request, appointments, confirmations, status, and related products when permitted;

Once information is provided to a selected provider, that provider’s privacy policy also applies.

We may also disclose information to vendors that support hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, data security, and professional services; to LIGHTHOUSE affiliates; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets; or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
