1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Lighthouse Energy Solutions LLC, which operates the LIGHTHOUSE Communications brand (“LIGHTHOUSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to submit a service request or begin enrollment. If you use the site for another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to act for them.

2. LIGHTHOUSE Communications’ role

LIGHTHOUSE Communications is an authorized sales dealer for participating internet providers. We are not an internet service provider, do not own or operate the providers’ networks, and do not independently provide internet service.

We help visitors identify and review participating-provider products that may fit their service address and stated needs. Our portfolio does not include every provider or offer that may be available in a market. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, using this site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or internet-service relationship between you and LIGHTHOUSE.

3. Availability, pricing, and offer information

Internet availability can vary by exact service address. Prices, promotions, speeds, technology, equipment, installation, fees, taxes, data policies, contracts, credit requirements, and eligibility are determined by the selected provider and may change without notice. Advertised offers may be limited to qualifying new customers, specific locations, enrollment channels, or payment methods.

Information displayed on this site is general and does not constitute a guaranteed quote, eligibility decision, speed guarantee, savings guarantee, or promise that a product can be installed. An address check and provider confirmation are required. Wired and Wi-Fi performance may vary due to equipment, device capability, network conditions, household use, and other factors.

4. Provider relationships and third-party terms

If you select a provider or product, the provider—not LIGHTHOUSE—supplies the service and is responsible for its service agreement, installation, equipment, billing, network performance, cancellations, refunds, technical support, and ongoing customer care. Your purchase and use of provider service are governed by that provider’s agreements, privacy policy, disclosures, and broadband consumer label.

The site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. References to provider names, products, or trademarks are for identification and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Lead submissions and communications

You agree that information submitted through the site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form authorizes us to use the information to respond, verify participating-provider availability, and assist with the request. It does not obligate you to purchase service and does not guarantee acceptance or installation.

Marketing calls, text messages, or email will be made only as described in the consent presented when information is collected. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke marketing consent using the opt-out instructions in the communication or by contacting us. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes connected with evaluating internet options. You may not interfere with the site; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, fraudulent, or another person’s information; use automated means to scrape or overload the site; introduce malicious code; or use site content in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to LIGHTHOUSE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the site as permitted by these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIGHTHOUSE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or savings arising from use of the site or a third-party provider’s service. LIGHTHOUSE is not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, network performance, billing, installation, support, or service interruption. Any direct liability arising solely from use of this free website will not exceed $100, except where a different limitation is required by law.

8. Indemnification and termination

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify LIGHTHOUSE from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the site, users, providers, or our legal rights.

9. Governing law and general provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any action concerning these Terms or the website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of this website, but they do not replace a selected provider’s service agreement or any separate written agreement with LIGHTHOUSE.

10. Changes to the site or these Terms

We may modify the site, participating portfolio, or these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless law requires otherwise. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
